On a night when a draw would have clinched them the Ligue 1 title, Paris Saint-Germain were demolished 5-1 at Lille.

On a night when nothing appeared to go to get ready for his side, PSG head mentor Thomas Tuchel saw Thomas Meunier put through his own net to give Lille the lead before Bernat pulled the visitors level. The wing-back was then appeared straight red card for a foul on Nicolas Pepe, Meunier and captain Thiago Silva having officially withdrawn because of wounds.

Pepe struck six minutes after half-time and further objectives from Jonathan Bamba, Gabriel and Jose Fonte scoured salt in the injuries of PSG, who neglected to adjust to their man disadvantage.
